Bill founded Tucson Golf Estates because he does not believe that real estate is just a numbers game, but believes Realtors® should operate with outstanding personalized service and integrity. He became tired of clients falling through the cracks at large firms, and he has made it his goal to serve each and every client to the best of his abilities. Bill is an expert in writing contracts and negotiating, and now limits his services to only representing buyers of golf properties and lots. Bill gives his clients confidence in handling their real estate transactions by not dividing his time with representing sellers, so there is never a chance of dual representation or divided loyalties. He offers his clients extensive experience and an intimate knowledge of Tucson real estate.

Bill’s favorite hobby is golf, and he has been playing the game since 1983. He was never serious about golf until his son, Nathan, surpassed him in skill when he was only 15 years old. Since then, Bill has become an avid golfer who continually strives to perfect his game. Tucson has some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, and Bill feels privileged to work with others who love the game to help them find the perfect Tucson Golf Estate.
